SPECIAL MACHINERY

At Pegamo we offer a project development service tailored to each client.
Each project starts with an exhaustive study of the client's needs, with the clear intention of finding the optimal solution to the needs presented.
Our commercial and engineering departments play a key role in this stage; both have extensive knowledge in the management and development of both mechanical and electrical projects.
After the presentation of the study, we assess whether to develop a new system or modify the existing one.
Once the project plan is drawn up, manufacturing begins. Our engineering department will start developing or adapting the machinery to the required needs.
We have a great team of technicians and mechanics at our manufacturing plant located in Azpeitia, in the Basque Country.

Our facilities allow us to carry out any process related to the manufacture of machinery:

• Manufacture of steel fabrications and boilermaking

• Mecanizados

• Assembly

• Electrical department

• Paint division

• Programming department

Once the manufacturing is completed, the relevant tests are performed. These allow us to approve the correct operation of the installation.
Finally, it is moved and placed in its final location.

Pegamo also provide our customers with an After Sales Service that includes maintenance and repairs performed by our Technical Service.
We also offer a service of direct sale of spare parts, for both Pegamo machines and SABI saws.
